Aliza is a CUNY Brooklyn College graduate with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science. Her experience ranges from working on local policy initiatives in NYC as part of an advocacy-based public defense firm to matters affecting the global community as an intern for the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. When she is not researching issues related to sustainable development and economic growth, she spends her free time volunteering for a nonprofit and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Economics at the University of Maryland.
