CEPR Co-Director Dean Baker participated in a panel discussion on noncommercial media entitled "New Strategies for Supporting Public and Noncommercial Media." The discussion was part of a larger workshop, being held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., that the FCC is presenting as part of its project on the Future of Media and the Information Needs of Communities.
