Mark Weisbrot, Co-Director of CEPR, along with Hans Peter Lankes of the International Monetary Fund and Susan Sechler of the German Marshall Fund, spoke about free trade as a tool to end poverty, specifically as it relates to the Doha Round of the World Trade Organization.
